FAQ's 〰️

    • I specialise in supporting women and couples on their fertility journey, including those who are trying to conceive or who are preparing their body in the lead-up to falling pregnant (preconception care).

    • I also provide nutrition support for women going through pregnancy and postpartum and women seeking support in managing thyroid conditions, sustainable weight loss and female health concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis and PMS.

  • Nutrition plays a vital role in preparing the body for pregnancy. We help you understand the root cause of your fertility struggles and optimise your nutrition and lifestyle to support egg (and sperm quality if indicated), reduce inflammation and stress in the body to support implantation, and ensure you are receiving the right nutrients to support the early stages of pregnancy.

  • During our first consultation, we’ll dive deep into your unique health history, lifestyle and dietary habits to gain insight into all of the factors affecting your health. This holistic approach means we’ll look at the whole picture—considering not only what you eat but also how your body, mind, emotions, and daily routines are connected and influencing your well-being.

I’ll gather insights into your dietary habits and any specific health concerns. Together, we'll uncover the puzzle pieces that may be affecting your fertility and overall health.

  • Yes! All of our consultations are online, so you can check in from the comfort of your own home. Please make sure you are in a private space with minimal distractions for your consultation.

  • Each client’s journey is unique, but many notice positive changes within just a few weeks.

Eggs take around 90 days to mature, so it may take 3–6 months to see significant shifts in your fertility outcomes. Patience and consistency are key as we work toward your goals.

  • Absolutely! My services complement any medical/fertility treatments you are receiving. By focusing on diet and lifestyle we can help to improve your outcomes from these treatments.

  • Yes! I customise each plan to fit your dietary needs, whether that’s plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, or tailored to any specific allergies or preferences.

  • Payment is made up-front when you book online for your initial consultation, however at any point you need to cancel, this will be refunded (as long as you have provided 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment). If you have any concerns with payment, feel free to contact me for more details.
